The waste water is evenly distributed into the rotary screen cylinder by the buffer inlet pipe, and the retained waste is discharged through the other end through the synchronous rotation of the screen cylinder and the slag guide screw on the inner wall, and the filtered water is discharged through the gap of the screen cylinder.
